Pick-Up Details

Location: Kits are available for local pick-up in Panama City.

Pick-Up Window: You can pick up your kit the day before your rental begins.

All items will be pre-packed and labeled for easy transport.

You will receive pick up instructions via email when your kit is ready.
Rental Time Frame

Standard rentals are for 3 days – enough time for set-up, use, and take-down.

Want it longer? No problem! Additional days may be available for a small fee—just let us know in your booking request.
Returning the Kit

Return Window: Kits must be returned the day after your rental ends by 5pm.

Please return the kit packed as it was received. A checklist is included to help with easy repacking!

Normal wear & tear is expected, but damaged or missing items will incur a replacement fee.
